DO YOU ALLOW REFUNDS OR ORDER CANCELLATIONS?
Luv'le Hair Extensions does not offer refunds nor cancellations. Please ensure your order is verified before placing your order.
At Luv'le Hair Extensions each bundle will be different as we are a raw hair company. Rest assured, we thoroughly wash and inspect all hair to ensure consistency and quality before shipping to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, all items are custom made to order and are nonrefundable. A 25% restocking fee applies to all order modifications.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges as your order is a custom order.
Federal law prohibits the return of used human hair.
Luv'le Hair Extensions reserves the right to refuse any packages/returns at any time.
REFUNDS
Please note all Luv'le Hair Extensions items are nonrefundable.
Shipping Policy
Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days.
Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.
Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.
International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.
All Package Deliveries are with UPS and USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday
